Fit For Life

This program is centered around health, fitness, and movement to ultimately achieve a stronger body and mind connection. This improves focus and decreases stress, anxiety, and depression.

Nutrition

Because of the connection between a healthy diet and improved mental health, we provide the support that is needed to make healthy food choices and form healthy eating habits for life. Our nutrition counselors help set achievable goals and provide the resources needed along the way.

 

Yoga/Meditation

Our trained and experienced Yoga & Meditation teachers will provide mindful movement throughout the practice, focusing on breathwork. Yoga and Meditation have both been proven to deepen the state of peacefulness, improve Focus, and decrease  anxiety levels.

Personal Training

Understanding your own body and learning about the advantages of a proper diet and personal fitness are essential lifelong skills. We work with each of our young people to create a customized program that may consist of weight, cardiovascular and strength training.

 

Martial Arts

Focusing on the connection between mind and body can boost a young person's sense of control and focus. Additionally, students become more capable of handling every day stresses like peer pressure, school, and their social circles, with respect and self discipline.

Monthly Fitness Challenges

We inspire our youth and their families each month to keep their bodies moving. The importance of hydration, meditation, flexibility, and strength are incorporated into different ways to maintain a healthy mind and a balanced body. 

 

Weekly Sports and Fitness Activities

Track, Football, Boot Camp, Cheerleading along with other consistent activities boosts energy levels, focus and improves the immune system. Physical activity is an effective way to deal with stress, depression and general mental health.
